By accessing this website or submitting a booking request through UCSmile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
Services We Provide
UCSmile is a platform that connects international patients with verified dental clinics in Da Nang, Vietnam. We facilitate booking requests, provide advisory support, and offer concierge services — but we do not directly perform dental procedures. All medical services are carried out by independent partner clinics and their licensed practitioners.
Booking & Appointments
Submitting a booking request through our platform does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Final confirmation depends on clinic availability and their approval. We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm or propose an alternative time.
User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking.
- Give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Payments & Refunds
UCSmile's connection and booking assistance services are currently free of charge for patients. Dental treatment costs are paid directly to the clinic according to each facility's own policies. UCSmile is not responsible for financial disputes between patients and partner clinics.
Intellectual Property
All content on the UCSmile website — including logos, text, images, design, and source code — is the property of UCSmile and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission from us.
Limitation of Liability
UCSmile is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from dental services provided by partner clinics. The relationship between you and a clinic is independent, and UCSmile acts solely as a facilitating intermediary.
